I hope you don't mind me asking this here but I'm not sure where else to ask.
I have an Onkyo TX-SR577 receiver that I'm going to attempt to repair. I have diagnosed a shorted output stage (shorted output transistors on one of the channels and an open emitter resistor.)
I'm reasonable adept ad repairing electronics but I will admit amplifiers is not something I deal with often. I was hoping to obtain a service manual or schematic for the unit if anyone knows where I can get one.
I want to eliminate any risk of blowing new components if possible and ensure I have the correct bias voltages etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
