old fostex fe126e vs new fe126en experiences??

Anyone have experiences about direct comparison of:
old fostex fe126e and new fostex fe126en ??

I have both here... very similar, the new one isn't as peaky in stock form. Treated up they are very close. As far as T/S go they are pretty much the same.

Is the mid/high frequency nice as the old model?

Stock, it is a bit better. HF not obscured as much by the 7k peak.
