You included a picture, and no real question. The driver you sent us to seems like it could be an Audax or Aurum Cantus.

If it's a carbon fiber or mineral filled driver I'd bet on AC.

It is a generic asian driver, no chance Audax or Aurum Cantus.
And no real chance of any sensible identification.

With an fs of 76 Hz, it's no subwoofer. And since no other T-S parameters are provided, you'd have to measure them yourself before you could determine what kind of box to design.
