Seems quite nice for low power designs in half-bridge or higher power in full-bridge.
What I miss in the datasheet is max dV/dt rating for the body diode.

BTW, I feel inspiration to try irf6620 in the caraudio DC/DC (12/40V) + class D amp with irf6665.. i think it's a good chance to obtain just a new level of the compactness.
