First Amp build. I have a TDA7293 mono board with 50V 2200uf caps.
It requires dual power Double AC 12-32V.
I am searching Ebay for the correct transformer.
I find multiple toroidal transformers at +32-0- -32. The price varies based upon amps.
Looking at this transformer rated at 0.8A

*** What minimum amps does this TDA7293 board require.???

im not an expert , not even close, but i'll try to help.
to power an tda7293 amp u will need an 100va (at least) transformer for each channel. so, for a stereo amp u will need at least 200va transformer to properly power that amp.
And for the secondary voltage u need 2X25volts maximum, 2X20- 2X22v would be perfect.
I dont know where u are, if u are in US, i would buy from antekinc.com or if u like ebay, then antekinc on ebay is johnango and sells AS-2222 . thats what i think u need.

Hi, have a look there , you'll find all the infos you are looking at :

for me nothing less than 300va trafo ( R core is the best ) , supply caps 8200 uf 63 v / rail , 100 uf 63 v bootstrap cap , i run some of these nice chips , they sound pretty good if properly implemented ;-)
