Well, I know very few things about MOSFETS, but is the one I have lots of interest. I've been reading something about it, and I want to know what is a source follower, how it works, and how a mosfet driver works?

scroll down to source follower.....basically the circuit driving the gate is the "driver"

What else do you have?
More on source followers?
MOSFETS, I'd like to know almost everything about the use of these devices on PAs. As you know I live in Brazil witch is, unfortunlly an undeveloped country, and most of the people I know and work with have no idea of how to use it!
A good source for learning is the manufactures application notes and data sheets. Check also as many amps designs you can. You can learn a lot in seeing have others have done.
Go to http://www.questlink.com for searching.
One of the best in writing application notes are Hitachi and International Rectifier.

They're usually used as source followers in the output stage. As peranders says you can do a search (I found this one under "mosfet output stage") Most of the output stages are quite similar with differing front ends.
