The manuals are provided in your link, which details the software.
It's a bit expensive, but not too ridiculous even considering that it's an Accuton Product. I would have preferred it come in a chassis with a power supply for the same price. It looks like it is intended to be plug and play for Pascal amps, but you can use it with other devices by wiring the pin header accordingly. The software actually looks rather nice, and I'm glad it has Ethernet capability.
