First! Hi to all. I really hope to find some answers in here. I want to build an diy video projector. This parts i got already: 7' LCD 1024x768 , xenon 55w, condenser 76mm FL 130mm, reflector 68 mm FL 40mm. Now, i need to buy fresnels and triplet. This is my choice till now : F1 160mm, F2 180mm, triplet 265mm.
I want to know is the setup is right and maybe someone can tell me the relation between triplet and F2 focal length. Is there any other configuration more good please let me know. What is best a long trow or short trow( meaning brightness at center to corners or/and total output brightness) ... i really don't get it ...more options, more setups, i don't get it anymore.
Something like this: FL meaning focal length in mm.
1.if Triplet FL < F2 FL then= ?
2.if Triplet FL > F2 FL then= ?
3.if Triplet FL = F2 FL then= ?
