Hi I just built an Aleph 5 and fired her up. Everything worked fine on one channel, she runs hot sounds good, but other channel has not fired up at all.

So I had both channels on and was probing around the non-fictional channel when I here a muffled pop and buzzing from the speaker. Then as I was turning it off one of the source resistors on both the driver mosfets and current source mosfets changed colour along with one gate resistance?

Scared to turn it on, any ideas on where to go from here?

you go from here:
1, Circuit drawing ?
2,Photo your board ( both side).

Thanks I'll post photos. I replaced the fets, source/drain resistors and gate resistors on the driver and current source. Double checked and cleaned up wiring and it is working really well. No more fires. The original gate resistors were only 1/4 w and I replaced them with 1w as they seemed to be getting hit and resistance was decreasing. Think that along with some flakey wiring was issue.
