I measure the ohm to check on my speaker showing 2.4 and the other 1.2 ohm

The impedace spec is 7 ohms. However, the DCR as measured with a DMM spec is 0.02 ohms. My Fluke get 0.6 ohms.
Did you get your readings with a DMM?

Your readings now agree with mine. Perhaps the connection yesterday was not the best.
