Pretty standard layout. All 6 left hand transistors should be TO92 package, at least 60 v Vceo. Pnp or npn as drawn. Europeans can buy BC transistors, I can buy MPSA06/56 and 2n5551 2n5401. The drivers are BD139 140 and the temperature sense transistor a BD139. The temp sense transistor mounts on the same heat sink as the output transistors. Seems to say QL. It is electrically between the bases of the 2 drivers. Instead of a 5 v zener clamp of the temp sense transistor, I tend to use a schottkly (0.3v) or silicon (0.6 v) clamp around the pot, which can lose contact wiper to trace. Output transistors can be TIP31c/32c are even a version though they are not much cheaper these days.
