I found a c350 for cheap (45€) and I'm on tight budget.
Need to know before buying the c350 if its 100% compatible as pre amp for my yamaha amp mx1000
Can't find on online pdf manuals voltage or mv of the preout on C350.
Yamaha cx1000 pre out was 1.5 volts. Cx1000 was the factory designed preamp of the mx1000.
Thanks.

Welcome to the forum!
The pre-amp outputs of the NAD C350 are designed to operate power amplifiers such as the NAD C270 which has an input sensitivity of 1.1 V.

A lot depends on your sources as well, mostly on the phono if you use one.
Which sources are you using?
The sensitivity numbers are not output limits, just the gain structure.
You can normally turn up the volume further to compensate for such small differences.

Assuming the mx1000 needs 1.5v volts, in this specific combination power amp volume output will be slightly less ?
Sources, as a cd player or audio bt receiver connected to the c350 ?
Tx

In my opinion, there should be more than enough volume headroom for your purposes.
That would be in accord with what russc has said above.
And I've just seen rayma's edit to the same effect.

Those sources should not be a problem. CD output will be higher than spec. Probably same for the receiver also.
