NAD 214 Power Amp Fault

The electric supply in my current house is pretty dodgy, bulbs keep blowing etc. Yesterday I was listening to a couple of cds at a quiet volume, when suddenly my NAD 214 power amp just switched off, with a click. Switched the amp off, then switched it back on, and only the red light came on, when normally after a short period of time the amp 'clicks' and a green light takes its place. No such luck. Have you people got any ideas as to what could be wrong?

Cheers!

Hi Ben,
Well, we know the power fuse is good - darn. What test equipment do you have?

At this point, disconnect the amp from everything. Let it sit to discharge caps. Remove the cover and look for some blown fuses.

I've got a fairly bog standard digital multimeter and a soldering iron to fix the amp, so that's about it. I can't see any blown fuses inside. There is one fuse near to the front panel power switch, and that's it, other than a black box with DEC written on it, elsewhere in the circuit boards.
