Mysterious LCR phono preamp

Today I bought this small phono preamp.
Inside are 4 EF80 (per channel), triode strapped in SRPP configuration. At the end is DIY LCR 600 EQ.
I tried all day to find similar schematics but with no success.
Anybody familiar with this schematic?

All day? It would take less than 30 minutes to trace the schematic from this unit. Ideally you should also be able to measure inductance but not essential.
