My blacks are blue! Dichroic filter help.

Ok so after futher investigation of my 3lcd Eiki lc-xga980ue I noticed that my blacks are blue especially the top corner of the right screen is an uneven blue smear like shape. When other colors are on the screen you can't really see them but my the screen derfinitely has a blue hue to it.

Now is this a polarizer or a Dichroic Mirror/filter?

My assumption is its the blue Dichroic filter
