Mu-stage with mosfet on top

I have a chassis with only room for one 9 pin double triode for a stereo headphone amp. I don't want to use a transformer for the output. So this leaves me a mu-stage with a mosfet on top. Does anybody have a tried and proven design that i can copy ?

For what headphones? High or low impedance?
