I'm getting new subs and amp, and was thinking about the the mtx t9515 because i heard they're one of the hardest bumping subs out there. do you think thats a good idea.
Also is there anything better out there right now

well im looking for something that will really bump for a good price. like 1500 or less for two subs. but if there something much better i will spend like 2000.
$2k is a lot to throw away just for "bump". That can be done for much cheaper.
Anyhow, I'd be looking into the CSS SDX15, Exodus Tempest-X, etc.
On the other hand, with performance comparable to the above, I still have four Ascendant Avalanche XBL^2 15's that have been laying around here forever (a project that never happened). Two of them are brand new. Originally $325 each, they haven't been made in like two years or so. I probably have the last unused ones in existence. They're likely to work in a much smaller enclosure than what's currently equivalent (such as those drivers mentioned above). PM me if interested.
:edit:.. This IS for a vehicle, right? You still haven't really mentioned anything about anything.. except for "bump".

they only "bump" if the enclosure is properly designed.
www.hexibase.com Pete is a genius at enclosure design
Hi
Check Digital design, 35xx or 95xx series... I know those are loud as hell. You can even put more power to it as stated by company, you just must make sure it is not clipped, but those subs have lot of power rating, which won't be a problem for 145-150dB, music...

DDaudio.com is a good choice....so is tcsounds.com tc is a design house.
the mtx 9515 is a good sub,, but a bit over priced for what you get.
