MosFET amp with ECW20N20Z

can anyone helps me where can i found an high end amp schematicsh with ECW20N20Z / ECW20P20Z mosfet transistors?

I wana change ma simple A class homemade amp, and i heard that this fest are realy good.

I think thats are also used in holtom amps.

Hallo kdavid.

I think sonnyA with his TSSA is using the LatMos in commercial board.
That is biased to 600mA Class A.

What do you think about the FetZilla Amp?
