Amp plays good audio but it keeps dropping DC pluse rondomly.I see about 12v on the speaker terminals when it happens.

I think the DLOGIXS chip on the output driver board died.
Probing around on the driver board forgetting to discharge the rail cap I think killed it.
Chip is getting warm and now i have no audio.

Finally got the board but am back to my original problem.
The offset is more visible when the gain reaches about half way and up.I was not able to spot a short in the transformer.It behaves that way only with a load connected.

I don't think there should be any. Follow the circuit back to see if you have an op-amp with excessive DC on the output.
