It's a simple 220 Vac / 21 Vcc converter, no USB charger, supplying a TK2050 based amp.

Just a transformer, bridge, 4 x 3300 uF capacitors and a Vmeter.

There's a fuse on the line wire near the switch, inside the case.

We now get to find out what it does.

The fuse should be before the insulated terminal block.
i.e. at the FIRST opportunity after the Mains Live enters the enclosure.
add insulation to all the bare mains Live and Neutral connections/joints/wires.

Add second layer of insulation to all the mains wiring.

Consider adding a layer of insulation to all other exposed conductive parts that are near any mains wire. This is to make it impossible for a loose/broken Live wire to touch any other metallic parts that could be a health risk to your child.

Hou did you work on the aluminium surface? Primer, paint, waterproof pen, adhesive plastic foil....?

White paint first, then yellow, then black, directly on aluminum plate.

Then I glued its mouth, a color print paper sheet.

Then I covered the plate with a plexiglass sheet.

I bought a Hakko soldering station a while ago,and it really reminds me of a Minion. Gives me a chuckle every time I see it sitting on the bench.
