Another ZM MF-A1 sings beautifully.
It went together and fired up without any surprises. It supplanted a Scryer in a 5u/400 chassis with a DIYaudio PSU.
This is the one-of-a-kind "Pisa Edition" with leaning film caps 😉 (1uF/63v are a smidge too large, physically, so "shoehorned" them in to get the amp singing).
Thanks to @Zen Mod for another sweet sounding amp and to @6L6 for generously providing most of the parts.

Well done, did you go for the highest bias setting?
How does it sound?
My pcb's are on the way from ZM.

Hi ZM, would I still be able to get such kits from you?I'll have full kits (pcbs with all parts, including TTA/TTC outputs) as soon I'm able to organize my impossibletoorganize Mighty MySelf
@Zen Mod
After about a week with the MF-A1 I can say this amp is very, very nice. It's even outrageously good 😎
The XA252 (SET) has been my daily driver for the past many months and the MF-A1 is every bit as good, but a little different. In my system, the A1 seems a little sweeter than XA252, giving it an addictive tonality, and as expected, there may a little less speed and agility (control), but it makes up for that with tone/pure goodness, and without sacrificing detail. It has a slightly fuller bass/mid-bass and it is downright addictive. The MF-A1 lives in 5U/400 chassis and is a better match for the rest of my system/taste than the Aleph J and Scyer that previously lived in this chassis.
Someone asked... The rest of the system consists of a Miro PCM1704/FC-Cen DAC, a Salas DCG3/Khozmo preamp and OSMC speakers. A few shots are included below to satisfy you know who😂 Further ZM influence is evidenced by three Good Gemini shunts and an idling PCM63/D1 DAC.
Thank you ZM! And thank you to my local 'enabler', you know who you are 😂
