Memphis 16-MC150 R722 & C725

I am looking for information on the value of a capacitor and resistance for a Memphis 16 MC150 ampilifier
C275 and R722

Is this essentially the same? It's from a 300. The black electrolytics are 10uF @100. The resistor is 22 ohms.
