Hi,
I'm thinking on having a rail going between all my capacitors in my powersupply ( 8 * 10.000 uF caps ) connecting them to "ground", but I don't know what kind of material to use.
Is it ok to use an aluminum rail, or should I choose a different material?
Best regards,

OFC bussbars are the material of choice but I don't see why you should overlook aluminium as I have used them and they seem excellent....

Alu is a little problematic in the corrosion department. I would go with Cu. I also went one step further, I am using sheets instead of bars. This gives me lower series inductance (if there is any need for it ...).
