I have a fresh batch of matched Vishay IRFP240 + IRFP9240 MOSFETs ready for sale. I can make quad kits (2x4N and 2x4P) for F5 Turbo V3 builds. I can do triplet kits, pairs or other quantities. Building an AV800? AV400?

Parts are precision measured at 170mA in a steady temperature room and with a timer circuit for consistency. See picture for match levels.

- very tight matches.
