i finally went for the DC Gold N7R, the N7R being the one i liked the most, both from construction and also their vision for that model (to compete with the best fullrange drivers on the marked..)
I see there is not many reviews on these speakers, so it will be quite interesting to see how they sound.

Maybe contact Dave Chaffey directly ? As an avowed long time DIY builder, he should be more than capable of discussing your application and making specific recommendation(s )for enclosures . A quickie summary on the website's general info tab indicates he was quite happy with a TL design - but that term can mean different things to different folks.

Hi, That is way off their recommended 1/2 cuft (14L) box, rgds, sreten.
They recommend 14L sealed outdoors, and 14L vented indoors.
Don't ask me, I've no idea what specifications they are using.
