hi, I just bought an old Maggie console with a 8601-20 amp in it for 45 bucks. which pins do I jump to get it to power up? was working in console already when I went to look at it. I know it needs some work but I wanna power it up.
also, if anyone wants the rest of it I am in brookpark ohio. you will have to come get it. PM me.

the multi pin seems to go through what I believe is a multiplexer, then to the tuner/pre, then to the selector switch. :/ I really don't want to take it apart anymore than I did.
Looks like this diagram is what you'd need.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
thanks very much! I found this one with slight mods, do I just remove these tone parts or do they need to be replaced with a jumper or something?
By the way, this amp already sounds pretty good with very inefficient Martin Logan Aerius I's.

Remove those caps (and jumper out the 33K resistors) for a flat frequency response. They're equalization to match the speaker and passive tone controls. They're in the amp because that's the only place with any gain.
