I'm an Antipodean poozling around Southern Spain for the next couple of weeks then up to Berlin then across to the UK. While it's all very well eating fab food and looking at ancient rock assemblages, are there any places to go to tittilate a tube/audio/electronics/aviation fanatic while I wander?.

Not sure how far you are allowed to stray from the given route, but as an aviation fanatic you should pay a visit to Sinsheim.
Aviation museum Sinsheim
They have the Concorde, the russian equivalent TU-144, the russian 'Buran' space shuttle and other stuff. Worth the trip.

In the UK there are air museums at Duxford (near Cambridge) and Old Warden (near Biggleswade).
Some museums, including the Science Museum in London, have a few old radios etc. but I don't know of any really decent collection on public display.

The Technikmuseum in Berlin is quite interesting.

They used to have a radio and TV museum in Berlin, but that is history now itself. Money...
