Loose pin on a JJ 300B

Hi,

On one of my JJ 300B's there is a loose pin. (see pics)
Any idea how to fix this?

Don't listen to the above posts.

First you must remove the base of the tube. Using a pair of pliers to grip the base, hold the tube tightly and rotate the base until it comes off. This may require some amount of force but don't be concerned.

Once the tube shatters into a million pieces from the unsuccessful attempt to remove the base order a new tube. 😀

No, no...get some nichrome wire and melt the glass at the base. Then get a new base, hot glue it back together, and hope it works!

But really, some superglue right at the base of the pin should work just fine. That's how I've fixed several tube pins, at least.
