Try these parameters:
MU=85 EX=1.5 KG1=63 KP=741 KVB=4700
and (omitting the case in which Vg1=0)
MU=100 EC=1.48 KG1=35.8 KP=445 KVB=2670

I think we both ran the tube rather "hot" -- mine shows Ia of 50mA@ Va=100, Vgk=-0.5, yours 40mA -- as you suggest the values are probably scattered all over the lot.
I couldn't get a good fix on the Vgk=0.
Yes, the variance is high. I only found one valve out of 20 to be close to the specs. This one is the one I traced
