DIY LM3886 Chip Amplifier (Gainclone) Project
can we use 50k pot instead of 25k pot in the diagram?if yes do we have to change the values of any components?

do not use this version of the chipamp. It has problems that beginners are unaware of and have to ask why their amp blew up or their speaker was damaged.
Find an AC coupled version that has both the input filters fitted and uses all the National "optional" components.
The PSU shown looks like an early version of Carlos FM 3886 amplifier & PSU. Go and find his later versions. From memory they include all the missing components.

Just below your post there was a banner , advertising various kits & assembled parts ,by clicking at it I arrived to this link :LM3886 - High-Performance 68W Audio Power Amplifier with Mute
😛
Circuit is the same ,except from that the pot value is 10 K ...
so why worry for 25 K ?!!

Potmeter; No problem. Don't forget to make it a logaritmic one
Other projects: Single Chip 50W Stereo Amplifier, Single Chip 25W Amplifier (Project 72)
A really easy one to build is the TDA2030 or LM1875 (and cheap). Just look in the datasheet, there are schematics there wich will work.

Yep, I just bought that kit about a week ago from chipamp.com. Should I change the schematic someway? I use 10k volume pot.
