liquid sound dampening products - good or bad? Recommendations?

Hi,

Couldn't find this topic on a search which seems odd. Has anyone used liquid (paint style) sound deadening products such as Quiet Kote, Quiet Car, eDead v3, etc?

What were your results? Can anyone recommend another such product?
