Linear power supply

Hi,

I have a really good Linear power supply that I´m not using. It puts out 19v which I have no use of. However I need one for 5V/ USB. Is it possible to modify the output in a simple way?

Can I use one of these?

Thanks, it has "Protection:reverse polarity protection" so I would be fine 🙂

Something can always go wrong, but use an input fuse for the board, maybe also an output fuse.
Your 19V supply should be capable of 1.5ADC output, if the USBs are to be fully loaded.
