This amp came in with three blown rail caps.I install a temporary cap and the voltage across it is 59v at idle. When i apply a signal and load the voltage will start climbing up to 90 to 100v .Rail caps are rated 63v.
Amp has similar design to the clone amps that usually blow the rail caps
Any ideas how to get the rails stable?

Probably the low-side drivers. This is a common problem with all of the amps that use this design.
