I just purchased two L-25D boards from zoe. Some of the parts and their placement differ from those seen on other and earlier boards. What do you think?
Looks pretty good to me , why don't you fire it up and give it a try ?
What parts are you revering at ? The caps are better quality . LJM mentioned this in earlier posts .
Cheers ,
Rens
I haven't completed the PSU yet. Will a 2x45V trafo in linear PSU be enough?
My loudspeakers are 8R and I use a LME49600 buffer.

hi
why do you need a buffer and how did you build it?
I think my minidsp wont drive my l25d very well..

I think we all need a simple, clean gain stage to bring MiniDSP levels up to proper amp driving levels.
My speakers are 101dB efficient and they don't get loud enough with my power amps when fed directly from the MiniDSP 2x4.
I'm using my BA-3 gain stage to feed an IRS2092 subwoofer amp from the MiniDSP and that gives me plenty of gain.
Sorry to be off topic a bit...
The input impedance of the amp is as low as 3k3 and it stands quite far away from the DAC so some buffering is needed.
Yes its to low for the minidsp, anyone know an easy build or board from ebay who will do the trick?
