Working on a KX1200.1
Not in protect. Relay comes on. No audio.
Have found no shorted components. Do have a triangle wave on Pin 4 of U14, no square wave out of Pin 11

Do you have the proper PS voltages on both halves of the LM361?
Do you have audio on pin 3 of the LM361?
Do you have audio on pin 3 of the LM361?
I believe the voltages are right, but to confirm measure the DC voltages from signal ground(black probe) and Pin 10, then Pin 14-U14-LM361.
Ground Pin 3-U14 to signal ground. A Jumper from pin 3 to the sig gnd side of C270-220p will do. Recheck to see if you have drive from Pin 13-LM361. Pin 11(NC) should have drive as will.
If no drive the LM361 has failed.

With jumper in, no drive signal on pins 13 or 11, but have 2.7vdc on pin 13 and -.800mv on pin 11
