Im not sure if it is normal for these amplifiers to make a loud bulb when i shut off the power with the sub still hooked up.
The amplifier plays and works fine now.
But it originally had blown c76, c78 badly. I replaced them after i tested drive and regulated voltages ect...
Audio is clear and sounds good. When i switch off my lower supply, a bulp happens. Any ideas

Not sure what you mean by a loud bulb. Are you describing a turn off pop?
How are you turning on the amp? Is the lower supply a 12 volt power supply tied to only the remote terminal?
This amp can also be turned on with audio present at the RCA input. Try turning on and off with an audio input and the gain minimized.
