Hi folks before make this post already check every single one on forum history related to JL 500/1 and sadly didn't find anything. so im here asking once more for your help. working atm on one JL500/1 No power at all. complete dead. just finish to overview the main PCB and can't find anything desoldered or burned, without a schematic diagram is kinda hard figure out where could be the problem, all mosfets are fine, SG3525 pwm ic refuses to oscillate, ( al ready replace it ) this amplifier have some kind of programmable PIC inside but i don't know how the system works. thanks in advance any help of any kind will be appreciated. 🙁
Using the pin numbering scheme shown in the attached image, post the DC voltage on all pins with B+, remote and ground connected.

yup signal sensing is in "off" position . may i bypass that ? which pin should be energized to power on ? only to test purposes
Confirm that you have remote voltage on two pins of that switch and one pin is connected to pin 3 of the 10 pin connector.
oh ! thanks Perry i think have found the issue, leaked capacitor on top board have corroded some tracks under it, will repair it and soon will report . thanks a lot again !!
Any vias that have a green core are likely damaged and should be repaired. If they haven't failed yet, they're likely to fail soon. If you examine the copper trace around them with a high powered magnifying glass, you can usually see where the copper is damaged.
