JL 500/1 as stated in title. Blew on a hot day because someone put a towel and clothing on top of it. It comes on with a Remote signal or with Signal Sensing, but give no output. It also drained the battery of the vehicle I hooked it up to to test it because I left it hooked up over night with even though it was not powered up and had no signal. Took it apart and couldn't figure out how to get the clamps off of the transistors that clamp to the heat sink, but found out doing research today to just stop being a pansy and yank them off apparently. Two of the clamps are toasted so I'm thinking the transistors beneath them are cooked. Couldn't find damage anywhere else but did see a few hot spots without any weakened solder joints or apparent damage. The two transistors that are blown are the second and fifth I believe from left to right. The amp overheated and smoked and smells cooked but only these two clamps seem burnt. Is it likely I can replace this set of transistors and be OK or likely to be a bigger problem? Will get pictures up this evening.
Q600-607 Transistors to the right that get clamped to the heat sink (confusing output and power transistors from other threads) getting replaced but can't find the thread that differentiated between the PNP - NPN transistors that I bought. So with them all being burnt and without a schematic I'm scared to solder the wrong ones in. I will search more but I've had this board sitting on my dining room table for almost a week and don't want to do more damage to it.
Replaced all of the gate resistors R600-607.
Should I hook it up or is there other things I should check first? I see to check the drivers but without pictures to reference or directions to part numbers or data sheets I'm lost.

Have you checked all the output and power supply fets? You have blown fets that's for sure, you have to replace them and their gate resistors before powering up. When powering up for testing make sure you have a 5-10amp fuse in the b+ line to prevent any further damage.
