is there a circuit for a power supply I can build to power the differant add on CD Player clocks available, ie superclock,lc etc

Hi,

Search the forums for jung regulator. You'll need around 12 V DC for the most of add-on clocks.

16V DC is max. for XO3. Try to use fast switching soft recovery diodes. Do a bit of experimenting with capacitors - types and values, and their placement(s).
