I realy dont have any knowledge in power supply. I want to feed a 12 VDC amplifier (4x100 watts - 4 ohms) with this Omron power supply. The dealer suggested me to buy the 600 watts - 50 amp.

Can you help me to make an intelligent choice.

Thank you.

Omron S8VM 60012C - Price= $325 CAN

I'm a car audio fan and since I come on this forum I plan to install a setup in my living room.

I already have the enclosures for witch I have posted a thread.

http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=114851

I need advise for the speakers choice.

My amplifier is an Orion 8004 and the head unit an Eclipse CD7000.

To power this setup I need a power supply. But as I said I dont have any knowledge about PS and I need help. I found this one (Omron) and I want to know if it is appropriate.
