Most all items appear to be out of stock and the Noval pcb that was displayed as available was in reality- not. Has anyone actually received boards from them recently? Is this typical of dry spells the site runs through?
I checked 5 items with Noval in their name, and all were in stock.
Try clearing your cache, etc.
That said, he does run out of boards sometimes.

John is extremely busy and the sole employee, so he has to triage the email as best as he can.
If you send an order with payment, it will get promptly filled.

Yes, I’ve emailed a question to him - about 2 weeks ago and again today. No reply to the earlier inquiry. About to move on also if no reply to the second email.
Difficult to place an order for items not in stock - or in the case of the Noval Stereo pcb Available on the site but then not in stock as you attempt to add to cart.

It still works for me, and I have placed it into my cart as available.
See the attachment below. Maybe try a different computer.

I put "error" in quotes as I was (and still am) drawing a blank on what else to call it.
At the end of the message is the statement:
@TroutBear , you trying to add the Aikido Noval and getting that message?
At the end of the message is the statement:
No matter what combination of options I choose for the Aikido Noval boards, I get the same non-availability message. Can't even add Aikido Noval blank boards to the cart. Only noval boards that I can add are the SRPP+ boards, the same as you show.is not currently available. Please contact us for availability of this item.

I'm curious too, as to the state of Glass-ware and hope that Mr. Broskie is doing ok. Been watching the store as I've been hoping the Aikido 12V boards come back in stock. An awesome tube circuit that is easy to implement.
I tried to order a power supply kit twice. The first time I heard nothing. The second time, I thought the order went through, but when I checked a few days later it said "the order has been canceled." I tried e-mail but got no response. I gave up and built my own. This was in October.
There was a Halloween Tube Cad Journal post on October 29.
Probably we will find out what's going on next week after the holidays.
Maybe just some time off. I've seen other small businesses set their inventories
to zero to prevent orders piling up, while dealing with other problems.

Yeah, I wonder if he's waiting on boards to be fab'ed.
Makes me nervous, when stuff isn't getting re-stocked. Seen so many vendors that make this hobby possible go under or retire. One of these days, I need to learn how to get boards fab'ed and start giving more to keeping this community going.

If you can design the board, then the fab part is very easy.
Just generate the Gerber files, zip them, and drop into the mfr web page.

If you need to learn how to design pcbs with free but excellent software, go here:

Pcb design does have a steep learning curve.

Yes - that message and the last lines stating not available. A Mac and Windows PC both the same.I put "error" in quotes as I was (and still am) drawing a blank on what else to call it.

Update - I received an email from John B this week. He’s been working with a fabrication shop and expects to have boards back in stock shortly. Good news and I appreciated his reply
Looks like the store has been updated and back in stock.
Also, I ordered a PS-21b last week and received it today.

If you put the word TUBE first in the subject line in all capitals it helps John weed out emails.
