Im thinking of using the above mosfets IRFP4668 or IRF250 for subwoofer amplifier. In Fullbridge mode and deliver clean 0.05% with dual amplifiers in bridge mode with psu +/-55V.
Looking towards the datasheets of IRFB4227 the IRFP4668 has just double the properties like Rds ON and gate charge.
But is IRFB4227 sufficient for my application?

+/- 55 volts mean 300 watts per channel on an impedance of 4 ohms, then 600watts to bridge@8 ohm, which are realistically 500 watt rms, in this case you can use the irfb4615 or irfb5615.
If each module works with an impedance of 2 ohms, then bridge load is 4 ohms the power doubles and the irfb4227 are more than enough.
