Infocus Cablewizard 2 Lite Pinout Needed IEEE1284->DB-15VGA

Found pinouts for the RS-232 feature, but I lost the cablewizard 2 lite cable, can't really find another out there. I understand the back of the LP400 is an IEEE 1284 and search as I may, haven't found the IEEE 1284 to VGA pinouts.. I will gladly do a diagram and make it pretty if someone can ring out that cable for me!
