Hi All,
I am making 7.1 audio system using TI TAS3108 and TAS5518+TAS5152, i have all the info that is req'd for this project but only problem is i don't know how to program using i2c bus
Can someone provide me I2c Controller for Audio DSP IC (for e.g TAS3108 by TI), also can someone guide abt I2C interface
Thanks in advance
Regards,
Ankur
PS: can some one tell who can make PCB for this project as i have gerber files for this

I have used this guide recently with great success for my standalone DAC project:

Hi,
I'm working on a similar project based on a Atmega128 +TAS 3108 + TAS5518 + TAS5261.
Could you share your material?
It would help me a lot to confront my ideas with someone else, especially as I'm a software specialist and could make some mistakes with the hardware implementation
Regards,
Enrico

Hi Enrico,
Material u need for making this is provided on TI site
TAS3108
TAS5518-5152
TAS5518-5261K2EVM Gerber Files
TAS5518-5261K2EVM Evaluation Module
TAS5518
but for Ti input Usb broad, u will not find any material, which is available with me & i can share it with u

can u help me with software part for this project?
regards,
Elnec
Thanks,
I already have it all.
I 'm thinking about designing it very modular. Each part on a different board. Easy design and easy change in case something is wrong.
Will you use a controller? And are you going digital till the end? What amps will you use
Regarding the software I'm reading now the datasheets and I will help you with pleasure (if I manage to do something with it 🙂 )
I dream about writing AC3 software for the TAS3108
