I have a PDF available for some Aavid Thermalloy Flat Back Heat Sinks, all perfect for DIY Chassis's as they can be ordered cut to length. I am waiting for a quote on 6 models from Future-Active. I will post to my website and provide link when finished.

I found out a little more information, the extrusions are sold as a half or full bar. This means basically, 3, 4, 6 and 8 foot lengths, if the your Distributor does not have stock to cut to length. There are some minimum orders in place for the extrusions if the Distributor does not stock it. There are Approx 30 Distributors across Canada, I have sent an RFQ to several of them and I am awaiting responces.

JasonL or trigon,
You get the PCBs from http://web.vip.hr/pcb-design.vip , what are the objective quallity of the boards ?
Are they really look that good in live , like on the pictures ?
I did not saw any pictures of the Aleph P 1.7 PCB, is there silkscreen ?
