I have ordered some R-cores from http://www.selectronic.fr/transformateur-r-core-300va-avec-etrier-4.html
they have many nice transformers and its fairly priced,
After a week still no response from France,
Have send them a mail on Friday with no result.
Had my French been better i could have called them.
Any one with experience with this company ? (both successful and not so successful)

I bought several R-Cores from Selectronic France without any problem, some people related problems as new costumers like your experience (delayed or no answer from Selectronic).

i have checked an most of there product have shipping date 18/4
could be they are out of office, and will start shipping 18/4

Sorry pellesmil, I wanted to sound very educated,..
I meant a toroid (like a donut).
It has the same weight, is a little smaller in dimensions.

I have ordred many times from them, and I only use English when I order and email or phone them. They do speak english 🙂

Have tried need better,
R-Core beats the torrid quite a bit,
More expensive though🙁

Thanks to alayn91 calling them yesterday and tracking my order.
Hopefully the transformers are leaving France today after some problems with the shipment (not related to Selectronic)

For me there is only one parameter worth dealing with.
And in that parameter the R-core wins.
