I have a wonderful HP 4263A RLC bridge that I truly love but the function of external DC biasing is not working. Thus I would love to have the schematic in order to find out if I may be able to repair the fault.
If anyone have any documentation with the schematic, I would really love to have it as HP seems to have nothing on this meter as it seems to be built by Yokogawa Japan.
thank you!

Agilent now keysight has some old service manuals, is that where you looked? If not might need to buy one from eBay if available since I do not have that one
The service manual will have the schematic. If Keysight doesn't offer it, there're many outfits online that do. Artek Manuals is a good start: https://artekmanuals.com/ This guy gives a lot of good tips too: https://mightyohm.com/blog/2011/01/tips-for-finding-test-equipment-service-manuals/

Because the instrument was made by Yokogawa Japan it seems that there is nowhere a schematic, not even a complete user manual with directions of all capabilities of this instrument!
I would be extremely surprising if there wasn't an HP service manual for it. Their service manuals were excellent.

That’s why I would be skeptics on buying new test equipment these days because if it’s like anything else electronic these days, it’s built in obsolescence. Once out of warranty it’s junk because it’s not serviceable. Know of any exceptions?
http://www.doe.carleton.ca/~nagui/labequip/lcr/4263B_Service Manual.pdf. Factory service BUT no schematics. I would look for a fuse. Most instruments with the bias feature do have fuses since charged caps are always waiting to break things.
