To check the fase on a woofer i just connect a 1.5v batter to the terminal and check wich way the element moves. if the element moves in then the plus on battery is connected to the woofer's minus terminal. If the element moves out then the plus on the battery is conncted to the woofer's plus.
How do i check the fase on a tweeter?
There is nothing written on this tweeter and i want the same fase connected as the woofer.

Do it the same way, with a 1.5V battery. There will be just a tiny bit of movement, probably, so watch carefully, but you should see it move.
Feel it with your fingertip. Use tissue in between if it is metal dome. But you can always watch a little movement. Use fingertip if in doubt.
I had this problem before. I don't know why it's so hard for manufacturers to identify one connector with a + or red dot or something. Anyway, I did it by measuring the frequency response of the complete speaker: The correct way around measures flat, whereas the wrong way around shows a null at the crossover frequency.
