Does anyone know how to trigger (standby mode) a Hypex SMPS 400A180 power supply with a relaiXed pre-amplifier?
This is what I know;
I can use a 5V output on the Relaxed. When the relaixed is on Standby it will give 5V. Then I connect the 5V with the Standby pin (J5:1) on the Hypex 440A180. When the voltige is high the Hypex is in hte standby mode. What I dont know is How do I connect ground or 'mass' on both sides? I hope anyone can help me.

It sounds like you already know what to do (even included a image), so I don't understand the question. You connect the grounds to connections to each other to ensure that 5V on each side is referenced to the same potential. If this is not clear that I would suggest brushing up on some basic electrical theory before you start playing with the mains voltage.
