i could make and sell few finished stereo ,2way linkwitz riley 4th order 5x10cm pcbs (no psu psu separate 5x5cm pcb) but i am not sure that this is legal? how to make it legal and where to start? thank you
You could spend thousands getting CE rated or just a basic safety test with a PAT Tester is good enough for most finished goods.
There is nothing to stop you selling your designs, as long as they are your sole design. If it is plagiarised, you must inform the buyer of copyright material and pay the designer/s whatever they want for stealing their design.

Why do you think it is illegal? If you make a product then there is no reason to sell it for a profit. What you should not do is use someone's goodwill to market your product unless they have given you their approval.
what you mean when you say designs ,schematic is linkwitz riley with few tweaks, nowdays its almost common knowlege, but this still is what made me worried. pcb is what i made from 0. so i need to pay some sort of rights to linkwitz riley if want to sell pcbs ?
Not aware that it was patented. LR-4 is used everywhere and as first published in 1976 even if there were it will have expired.
